Ukraine and Istanbul – Part 2

In July, 2011, Pat and I flew to Kiev, Ukraine, and boarded the Viking Lomonosov for a 12-day cruise on the Dnieper River to the Black Sea; then we flew to Istanbul, Turkey, for four days. In Part 2, we see the elaborate lunches and dinners. Lunch was ordered from the menu, including soup and dessert, but the first course was an extensive salad bar, with one hot item and a special sandwich. Dinner was five courses, with very good local wine or beer included. Later, we take a tour of the kitchen, and participate in a charity raffle, where everyone wins something!
