Baby Sister's Cute Dance [02:48]
This video I took in our family trip to Ukraine in 2011. It was a concert to Ukrainian Independence Day (which is August 24) in a small town near the city of Ternopil, western Ukraine. A little girl was performing a song. Her baby sister couldn't stay aside: she walked on a stage to help the big sister out. It was so cute!

Ukrainian Music, National Anthem Of Ukraine [01:29]
The national anthem of Ukraine is Schne ne vmerla Ukraina (Ukraine Has Not Yet Perished). The music was composed in the mid-19th century by Ukrainian Mykhailo Verbytsky. The lyrics to the anthem are a modified version of the first stanza of a poem written around the same time by Pavlo Chubynsky. The song was used as the anthem of the Ukrainian People's Republic (1917 -- 1921), although other songs were also performed. It was banned when the Soviets took power. In 1991 Ukraine declared its independence and Schne ne vmerla Ukraina was performed at the inauguration of the first President of Ukraine, Leonid Kravchuk. There are several other videos on YouTube with the national anthem of Ukraine playing in the background. They are all fairly boring, with just a static picture of the Ukrainian flag as the main image. We've added to interest to our version by adding high definition footage of some of the best tourist attractions in Kiev, Ukraine.
