My Fathers birthplace [03:36]
Before the Russians invaded, my fathers neighbors were cousins and family. He shows us the pastures for grazing, the vegetable garden. and Orchards. The original house with straw roof was burned down, so the cabin-like house was not there when he was a boy. He shows where the stables, barn, well, duck pond still stand. The closest city Drohobych, was 1.5 hours walk over the meadow and thru the woods. The out house and a recycled drinking cup are still ways of rural life in Volya Yakubova,western Ukraine

Best of Dancing Thru Life [06:15]
Welcome to my latest dance video "Best of Dancing Thru Life." It took literally weeks to comb through hundreds of dance scenes from 21 YouTube videos and travels to 40 some odd countries to come up with this "Best of" piece. In this video, I dance atop a skyscraper, below water, with elephants, with a "real" dinosaur, I dance naked, dressed like a ship in the world's largest nighttime parade, and dance while skiing). And these are only 7 scenes out of 60 in this six minute fast moving video. I love when other people join me in the dance scenes, and you'll see lots of group action in this video. Sometimes I have to ask for them to join in, but often, they come to me asking to be in it! Some of these people didn't even know English, but we all know the international language of .... dance. But sadly, all good things must come to an end. Time to move onto something else. I hope you enjoy this last "Dancing Thru Life" video!

Ukraine First Trip 1999 Here it is my first Ukraine Old world Experience. It is a Journey of discovery. The story is one that change my life in so many ways. I own a home in Ukraine & now live there you cant get much bigger change then leaving your birth country to your ancestral home It all started off meeting Russian woman in Washington DC that was Traveling we hung out a few hours together. . That inspired me to place a Classified ad in 1998 in Russian & Ukraine papers thru service in Canada. In 2 weeks I started receiving Hundreds of letters form all over the former USSR. At this time INTL dating was not in Vogue. Thru the 250+ letters I received I found one girl that was translator in Kiev. We will call her Sveta #1. |(Not to be confused with Sveta #2 or Alla OR Olya.........that another story in itself) Inspired by our communication my Dad found an address given to him 20 years ago by relative in Canada. Since then this relative passed away many years ago. |It was to relatives in Village his father came from in 1900. So my Ukraine Girlfriend Sveta#1 in fall of 1998 did some research & got post code then sent a letter to the address not knowing if it would be answered . About 2 weeks later Sveta heard back from Anastasia she Translated & forward letter to me. Made plans in coming months to Visit Ukraine I flew into Kiev met Sveta then a week later headed to LVIV. Then took Electricka to Mostiska II station from there we hired a Taxi that came out form Mostiska ...
