Ukrainian Holodetz for Thanksgiving ( Holodets ) [02:20]
Happy Thanksgiving 2011 from Uzhgorod, Ukraine. Valeriia's mom made a traditional Ukrainian dish called Holodetz. She took a pot of water and boiled Pigs feet, Pig skins, Onion, bay leaf, garlic, and salt for about 6 hours. Then she removes the bones and hooves. Then she spoons it into a bowl and places it outside overnight. The next evening it has become a gelatin mold with the meats and flavor inside. You eat it with spicy mustard and dark bread.

Homemade Chili Con Carne - Made in Ukraine [10:40]
I made some chili con carne with the ingredients available here in eastern Ukraine. Since making chili is pretty basic, it's easier to find these ingredients than tacos (from another previous video I made just a couple of days ago).
