Polesskiy Natural Reserve Polesskiy Reserve is located in the north of Zhitomir region in the valleys of the rivers, Perga, Zhlobnitsa and Bolotnitsa, that flow into the Ubort, a tributary of Pripyat. Here is one of the biggest forests in Central Europe: it stretches like a continuous strip from Horyn on the both banks of the Dnieper and Pripyat rivers flowing into it.
