So, it's Victory Day. Soviets beat the Nazis. Germany surrenders. Stalin takes over the world. And to commemorate the grand occasion we, ha ha, this is funny, we do the jitterbug to American music. I guess the USA did win the Cold War, but it seemed quite ironic that the last dance before the military review was so blatantly American.

Kiev, Ukraine - 2012 - Kyiv , Ukraine, Kiev, Ukraine - Kiev, Ukraine [04:18]
Kiev or Kyiv is the capital and the largest city of Ukraine, located in the north central part of the country on the Dnieper River. Kiev is an important industrial, scientific, educational and cultural centre of Eastern Europe. It is home to many high-tech industries, higher education institutions and world-famous historical landmarks. The city has an extensive infrastructure and highly developed system of public transport, including the Kiev Metro. The name Kiev is said to derive from the name of Kyi, one of four legendary founders of the city (brothers Kyi, Shchek, Khoryv, and sister Lybid). During its history, Kiev, one of the oldest cities in Eastern Europe, passed through several stages of great prominence and relative obscurity. The city probably existed as a commercial centre as early as the 5th century. A Slavic settlement on the great trade route between Scandinavia and Constantinople, Kiev was a tributary of the Khazars, until seized by the Varangians (Vikings) in the mid-9th century. Under Varangians rule, the city became a capital of the Rus', the first East Slavic state. Completely destroyed during the Mongol invasion in 1240, the city lost most of its influence for the centuries to come. It was a provincial capital of marginal importance in the outskirts of the territories controlled by its powerful neighbours; first the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, followed by Poland and Russia. Kiev is one of the oldest cities of Eastern Europe and has played a pivotal role ...

Mystery message from Sergei [00:18]
Do you speak Russian? Translate this for me, please! This is a message that a guy wanted to give me on video that I met while I was stuck by myself super late at night somewhere between Balaklava and Sevastopol Ukraine. He didn't speak English . . . at all, but he ruled and help me find my way home. He hung around for a few hours. We pissed on things and I spoke to him in terrible Russian. Awesome night, cool dudes.

AK47, M16, Druganov Sniper shooting in Kiev, Ukraine, April 2012 [05:52]
I had the pleasure of shooting a selection of weapons in Ukraine in April 2012, it wasn't cheap at over £200 but it's something every boy (man) would just love to experience, from pistols to assault rifles and sniper rifles, I shot over 100 rounds and had the bruised shoulder to prove it, some of the weapons had such a powerful kick back that regardless of how tight you held them you were getting a sore shoulder! I highly recommend it as it is something that just isn't possible to do in Europe, this short video shows you a small selection of the weapons I fired :-)
