Cool

Hi there my name is edik .
I was born and raised in Ukraine .
I left when I graduate HS. I was 16 and I had travel document of child which expires after 18 . It past 4 years since then. And now I am planing to go back for visiting every year. But Can I apply for foreign passport of Ukraine so I could travel to Ukraine with no borders no viasas and crap like that ? Having only . Birth cert , Ukrainian insider passport .Can I get it in US and how ?
Advise me if you know or expierenced before ? C

If you haven't been naturalized as a US citizen, you can.
Otherwise, no - Ukraine does not allow dual citizenship.

THE answer is no I am not a US citizen just green card holder. Even when on my green card writen diferent citizenship of another country . But I never refuse or accept any kind of citizenship . Everything just the same it was when I left Ukraine . So how do I do it ?

Just apply to the consultate with your old documents.
I got my passport in Japan, it wasn't a big deal.
