how to park a car in Ukraine

I want to go in the Ukraine from France with my car.
Where can I park my car when I'm by friends in the towns ?
in Kiev, or in Kharkov ?
Are there private parking with gards ???
how much must I paid for 24 hours ?

Hello, a very interesting guestion. For you to know there are many, many parking places in Kiev and I'm sure in Kharkov as well. Regarding parking rules, they are the same as all over the world.
