Hi everybody !
I am planning to go with 4/5 friends for 7/10 days in the Arcadia area of Odessa.
I know there are Arcadia Plaza and Victoria hotels: do you have any other tips, like other hotels or apartments ?
The closer to the fun area, the better would be for us ! :O)
