I'm kinda replying late ,i've just registered in this forum :-) .

eventually,i'm writing from Prague, the Czech Republic and i know well the visa regulation and process.

For a tourist visa under 90 days ,you're reguired to fill up one application form, one photograph and to present a hotel reservation document which shows the period of your stay and your payment in original sealed and stamped.Or to show a travel voucher(a package by a travel agency).

Mind that your passport must be valid for at least 3 months beyond your planned stay in Czech republic.

The process of your visa takes about 2 weeks in order to be approved by the foreign police in Prague.

Kind regards
