Hi all,
I am interested in finding out what is available in terms of budget accommodation in Kiev - is there anything? I man, are there good youth hostels or something cheap that will be operating in November. I don't really want to spend over US$15per night. Surely there has to be something!!!!! Any help would be much appreciated.
