Hello!

Well I registered in this forum because I honestly want to travel to Ukraine (you can verify this from my other postings). However, I also happen to be the owner of a website called Peru Links: http://www.perulinks.com/pages/english/ This is a small Peruvian Portal. However, using the Calling Card link from that site, you can buy phone cards to Peru, Ukraine and any other country in the world. This phone service is from a multinational company that I just happened to be affiliated to it as a webmaster.

Anyway, as a customer myself , I bough a Peru Talk phone card for $22.00 and I could also call to Ukraine for about a total of AT LEAST 3 hours (in different times so it’s difficult to say the time exactly). This is really cheap. There are also other deals for calling to Ukraine for only 6¢/minute with a connection fee of $1.99, which makes it ideal for long phone calls. Also, Like a Peru Talk phone card, there is also a Talk Ukraine, with rates of 11.9¢/minute without any connection fee (which is good for short phone call conversation).

I have not bought the Ukrainian phone card yet (but like I said I called to Ukraine using a Peru Talk phone card), but I can assure you that it’s really cheap. From my own experiences, it’s better to buy phone cards without any connection fees (although with a higher minute rate), because phone services to other countries sometimes get disconnected. At least, last time I called to Ukraine, I got disconnected like in 10 minutes after I began talking to this girl.

I think this is due, I suspect, to old telephone systems in the country. Especially because I called to a smaller city called Kherson. To tell you the true, after I got disconnected, I tried to call to this same house for two more times without any luck. However, I have tried to use these phone cards to other countries in South America without any problems at all, so I think these accessibility and distortion problems are more related to local phone systems in Ukraine.

Anyway, I felt morally obligated to disclose that I’d earn a small commission if you buy these cards (if you get connected to nobel.com from perulinks.com), but honestly they are the cheapest I could find in the Internet. That’s why I decided to affiliate my website to this company, that is, Nobel Communications Ltd. I think that’s responsible to find out who offers these services, but all I ask is that if you decide to buy these cards, PLEASE GET CONNECTED TO NOBEL.COM FROM PERULINKS.COM, so I can win a commission (I am operating my site with some revenues but without any profits yet). Anyway, I also have a forum about Peru too, if anybody is interested.

PS.- I’d appreciate comments about this phone service (which is a real one, not Internet based) if somebody in this forum decides to try it out. But again, honestly, this company has the cheapest rate I found in the Internet from a company I can trust. I really think that this service will benefit a lot of people here.
