Hello...How much does it cost to visit...airfair....hotel prices....renting a car...etc?

Hi Steve,
I am leaving for Simferopol, Crimea on thursday for 1 month. My airfair was $937. round trip to Kiev. (cheap for this time of year) I am renting a flat for the month for $70. USD. Food is cheap, taxi's are only a couple bucks, and great wine and beer are even cheaper. I'll be back after sept. 14 and I'll give you my travel agent's phone # in the Ukrainian Village in Chicago.

I have been to 1 of my "favorites" that should answer many questions about travel to Ukraine, www.brama.com There is a travel topic that is full of real life complaints,tips and coments on travel to Ukraine. Problems with customs, being ripped off by the taxi's. If after reading all these postings and you still wish to go, then you truly have an adventurous spirit!
