Who can advice me about a good hotel in the Arkadia District of Odessa, preferably on or close to the beach and all the entertainment. Thanks

The Viktoria is nice, friendly, and not too expensive. 'phone: 61-89-03, 60-53-33 (accurate 2 years ago). It's on Genuets'kaya Ulitsa, as are the "Turist" and the "Arkadia", which I believe is cheaper. Good Luck.
