I need to see my fiancee. I am in USA, she in Ukraine. Where can she travel to that I can travel to without visa, passport only.

I miss her very much.

If your sweetie lives in Ukraine, she'll need a visa to ANY country she travels...and if you do not want to wait for visa yourself, you can meet her in a country like Austria..
That's all I could think of at the moment...
Why don't you call your nearest US consulate and ask for advice, it's the middle of the week, they should be able to help you.

Your Ukrainian girlfriend doesn't need visa to Poland, Hungary (Budapest), Turkey, Cypros (some details about it but it is possible to arrange), Egypt (except Cairo), Thailand, Russia, Bielorussia, Moldova some more. I have to have a look for more.
But in case she is planning to move later in USA. Better to avoid Egypt.

PLEASE! Attention FOR ALL. If you are not sure about the information you have - better not to advice. It is just desinformation for those who badly need right information for not to jump into troubles.
