Visa-Please help!

Please help! Since 1994 I have been trying to invite our cousin, Alla, to visit my family here in the USA.

Alla is a 52 year old single female living near Donetsk. The American embassy refuses to issue her a visa to visit us because she is single, she does not own her own home and she does not have any money in the bank.

Does anyone understand how to bypass all of this red tape to allow my cousin to visit us? If it is not practical for me to invite her direct, would anyone know of a "company" that could invite her to carry on "business" as she teaches the English language and is fluent in English. She would easily qualify as an interpreter.

I am open to any and all suggestions and very much appreciate any advice you could give me.

..what i can advice you..is to try from poland....send her invitation..& let her go to warsaw to apply for visa....i know a lot of people who did so & they where not refused....i know this problem so well....you can read in forums "human rights in ukraine"-'They call it freedom"....
if warsaw won't help...then it's really no way...may be if she can find expensive agency....they doing it easy...but for big money!...i will ask about one agency that i know...may be they know how to work with this !
