Hello people.

We are looking to rent an apartment in a flat. We are going home to kiev to visit our friends and family on July 20th and staying through August 23rd. We are not picky at all, but we do have a few requests. Please somebody help us. We are not wealthy people we do not have the financial resources to pay per night.

Last time we were in Kiev we rented an apartment in a flat, for a total of $70 for 30 days. We are willing to maybe pay $80, but $70 or less would be better.

We need an apartment in the area of Kiev called Vinogradir. And we definetly need it to be on "Prospect Rodyanskoyi Yrkraini"

I dont know if these forums allow to write in Russian or not. But i will try. Here is how you spelll the names in russian.
Виноградарь, улица Проспект Радянской Украины.

We need an apartment on the first or second floor. It has to have atleast one bedroom but preferablly two. We need a living room, a kitchen, and a large bathroom. Because all over the ukraine and russia the toilet and the shower are in seperate rooms, we need a large room where the toilet is. Most rooms seem like to be 3 feet by 4 feet. We need something bigger at least to be 6 feet in length and like 5 feet in width.

HELP US PLEASE

Well, I can assure that it is not realistic to find the flat you request for such sum.
For 70 at least - the chepaest one in this are will be just 1 room apartment. Not 1 bed-room. Just 1 room. Toilet and bathroom together, but not that big as you would like to have. Plus, to rent it on long-term basis will cost you from 25-30% to 50% plus for the first month of renting (for you just automatically more expensive).

I really don't know how many years ago you've been to Kiev. Or most likely some friends of yours made you a favour with accomodations.

The flat you are asking about (2-3 rooms) will cost you at least 120 for 2 rooms and 150 for 3 rooms. And it is if you are lucky to get in touch with the flat owner, so you will escape %%.

I thought I could help you. But sorry - I cannot really.
