I am a SS Lazio fan from Rome, Italy and in a few weeks I will be travelling to Uzgorod. Let me explain. I have a bet running with one of my friends (AS Roma fan): at the beginning of the current season, last September, we picked a spot in Europe (not exactly the easiest one to reach form Rome) and decided that one of us had to go there in case Roma or Lazio would win the Serie A title. The place we chose is Uzgorod, a remote place for us, because we imagined this hard to reach place on top of the Carpathian Mountains. Since Roma is leading the standings with +5

and only 4 games left, I thought it would be wise to get some information about my forced trip.

Studying the map, I think the best way to get there is by flying to Budapest, rent a car and drive 200km to Uzgorod. Is it a good idea? Or should I take the train from Budapest, instead of driving, to avoid long delays at the Hungarian-Ukrainian border? Or should I fly to Kiev from Rome and then take the train to Uzgorod. Whatever is best, I hope some of you will help me. Please suggest me the best and fastest way to reach Uzgorod. Thank you in advance!
