If you want a visa apply to the Ukraine consulate general in New York,Chicago, or District of Columbia. Apply by mail with only a passport picture and 30-45 dollars and receive it in 10-14 working days.
Some services charge 169.00 or 250 and are a joke. The Ukraine Consulate is very efficient and has all the information listed on there web site. You can even go personnaly and get your visa if you like.

my name is olurotimi akinosho, i live in nigeria, i'm suppose to be in ukraine this august with the teamdynamo.
the phone number giving to me by the teamdynamo to collect the visa application in nigeria are not the ukraine emmbasy in nigeria.i have tried the foreign ministry in nigeria yet no possible result,there is no ukraine consulate in nigeria.l need the visa application form to process my visa to ukraine.
