Off to Kyiv in 2 weeks and I have a question!

Hi there to ya all,

I am going to be traveling to the Ukraine, Kyiv in particular, and I'd love to hear your opinions on this matter.
I am going for 6 days and would like to know roughly how many USD I should consider taking with. All my travel requirements are already covered, so it is just for dining out, traveling and entertainment and whatever else I feel the need to do. I'd appreciate any valuable input.

Traveling and entertaiment are pretty cheap. Well, it'll also depend on what kind of entertaiment you'd like

Night clubs take an entring fee around 15$, plus you'll still have to pay for drinks. Opera, theatre, Organ music house, ballet are very very cheap.

Good restaurants are usually priced at Western level.

I would take about a 1000$.

Plus, there are some places that take credit cards, so you may want to have one of those in case.

Have a good trip!

I spent 200 a day, but that was all I could possibly spend. 100 a day would be sufficient. It depends on your lifestyle. Also, there is a bar called Deja Vu, great place and a disco called Siagon which was fun as well.
