I am positive that you do need a visa to travel to Ukraine. I have been looking into all the various things before travelling there in May. To get a visa you will need a letter of invitation. I've heard that if you contact a Hotel and give them a credit card to book your room they will provide you with the letter. This is also the cheaoest way of being charged for the room as the travel companies double the prices for this service. You can find Hotel information at various websites. Just do a search with your favorite search engine.
