Poland to Ukraine (and back) road border transit times

Hi Everybody.

Drove from London to Lugansk and back last summer with the family and was very lucky with waiting times at the Poland Ukraine border.

Simple question:

Does anyone know the best possible time to cross the border with minimum queue?

Ive heard some horror stories about border crossing times and if the best time to cross is 03:30 then so be it!

Any lorry drivers on here with person experience. No hearsay or second hand answers please
