You have all the answers so do your homework and figure out who was not born in the U.S. Some of the names are a give away.

Ukrainian born Alexi Zhitnik, Nicolai Zherdev and Oleg Tverdovsky have played for the post Soviet Russian team.

With them they were able to give Canada a good run. The U.S. seem to be getting stronger as well, might it have something to do with all the Canadian born players on their team?
