The World Cup Rugby final lived up to everyone's expectation - even the Aussies.....'cause it was a great spectacle of excellent sportsmanship and skill. The tension was electric, but England finally won 20-17.

Very best wishes to the Captain : he deserves a knighthood....'Golden boots' Wilkinson and my favourite player Jason Robinson - the try-scorer.

Andrew

From one of the Ozzie tabloids...

After the All Blacks were put in their place by the Australians, this was floating around the rugby circles.

Landmark Court Decision - Child Custody

A seven year old kiwi boy was at the centre of a courtroom drama today when he challenged a Wellington High Court ruling over who should have custody of him. The boy has a history of being beaten by his parents, and the judge awarded custody to his sole aunt. The boy protested that his aunt beat him more than his parents and refused to live there. When the judge suggested that he live with his grandparents the boy claimed that they beat him more than anyone. The judge dramatically allowed the boy to chose who should have custody of him.

> ...> ...> ...> ...> ...> ...> Custody was yesterday granted to the All Blacks, as the boy firmly believes that they are not capable of beating anyone.
