Chornobyl Charity Walk

April 2011 marks the passing of 25 years since the Chornobyl disaster, with the aftermath continuing to affect many lives.

To raise money for charity, a group of volunteers from the British and French embassies in Kyiv will walk the 110 kilometres from central Kyiv to Chornobyl, non-stop and within 24 hours departing from Mikhailivska Square on Friday 22 April.
