Mercedes , property , big money … ) They only forget to play football adequately .

Ukrainians And Poles Name EURO 2012 Mascots Slavek And Slavko

Ukrainians and Poles by way of voting named the mascots of the European Football Championship 2012 Slavek and Slavko.

The voting results were announced by the UEFA authorised president for the affairs of EURO 2012, a member of the UEFA Executive Committee Frantisek Laurinec during the presentation of the UEFA updated marketing recommendations as regards of the holding of the EURO 2012.

The names were changed via SMS voting and voting at the UEFA website.

All in all, the names variant Slavek and Slavko got 21,816 votes (56%).

The variant Siemko and Strimko received 11,505 votes (29%), and Klemek and Ladko 5 912 votes (15%).

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the UEFA on November 16 presented the EURO 2012 mascots in the form of two twin football players.
