Hey everybody,
Anyway I am looking to attend a university in Ukraine, the problem is that I don't speak, read or write Ukrainian at this point, I am looking into the PSIS (http://www.franko.lviv.ua/faculty/pidhot.html) and it seems that this program is the only one that I can find, do other Universities have similar setups to this one? Any Help you can give would be helpful, Thanks, Jake |

buh?
Hey Jake.
I am impressed that you would be planning to attend school in Ukraine... yet I ask why? What kind of degree do you plan on obtaining, and if you speak no Ukrainian, and write no Ukrainian, then I assume you plan on using it where english is the main language? This seems odd, because in most english nations, a Ukrainian (or Russian/Hungarian/Czech) degree means nothing. I know many talented engineers that wash cars in Canada who came from these countries. What's the scoop? |

For JetSet
First thing that i want to do is to ask you why do you want to do make some ukrainian art gallery?
If you really need some help try to look at Taras Shevchenko's pictures or poems, who is my favorite. And if you need books then try amazon.com for this. |

I'm putting together a gallery, becuase in terms of english language Ukrainian online art galleries- there are none!
I'm going to focus more on art from 1950's (period of mounting opposition, to present day Ukraine, where art is representative of Ukraine as a nation. |
