First question, do you speak Russian or Ukrainian?
Next as to where, I'd say to search out side of the biggest cities for the cost of living.. The cities of 300,000 will be alot cheaper to live in. Kyiv and I'd assume Odessa are more expensive. I will ask my step son (in Kyiv) about which school when you post which type of engineering you wish to pursue. |

My step son is a computer whiz/programer and that's going to be easy. I'll send off and ask him.
BUT you will need to be fluent in Russian and Ukrainian to be able to do these classes. I'd be very surprised if they have special engineering classes in these other languages. Start studying. Think about me going to Bagdad expecting to get an advanced degree in physics without knowing the language that the professors are using to teach the classes. Not to much chance of that but you get the idea. |

Here are some links you need to explore, BUT they're in Ukrainian.
International Bureau of Education. Bureau International d'Education. Oficina Internacional de Educacion. IBE. BIE. OIE. | UNESCO.org : Links UNESCO IBE - World Data on Education, 6th edition - Bulgaria |

Hayder,
I just found this, it might not be the best school but it looks nice. Teaches in English. Study In Ukraine, Welcome All Foreign Students, Cheap Education in Europe "Many courses are globally recognised (WHO, UNESCO, EUROPEAN COUNCIL, etc.)" Quote:
