Poverty Accounts From After 1985

I have attempted to research the poverty side of the Ukraine dealing with the time after 1985 but all I seem to be getting is tourism websites telling how great it is. Can anyone help me with telling me what the living condition were like along with how it was for the children in this time.

It tells why the poverty occured and some methods they used to survive, it actually is quite parallel with the great depression with the garden planting.

That website was very helpful and it did give me some information that I needed but I would also still really love to here from someone in this time of what it's actually like to live there...in other words a first hand account.

There exists a vast Soviet statistics for the years 1985/1991
Real poverty came in 1991!
