verbal and non verbal taboos

Hi, My daughter is doing research about Ukraine for a school project. One of the items she needs to include in this project is about the verbal and non verbal gestures of Ukraine. Is there any gestures that someoneone from another culture or country does that would offend someone from Ukraine if done? Are there any gestures that would be universal between two cultures? We have found some sites very useful but can;t seem to find anything on this. She also has questions she would like to ask a real person instead of writing down what she finds on the internet if possible if anyone would be interested. Any help would be appriciated.
