Church in village of Тишівниця

While doing research, I found some photos of a church in the village of Тишівниця (Tyshovnitsa/Tyshivnytsya/Tyszownica) in southwestern Ukraine. Here's the link to one of the photos:

Based on the architecture, especially the shape of the domes, I think it's Ukrainian Orthodox, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know if it is or not? Also, does anyone know the name of the church, when it was built, etc.?
