These spiritual window-shoppers,
who idly ask, 'How much is that?' Oh, I'm just looking. They handle a hundred items and put them down, shadows with no capital. What is spent is love and two eyes wet with weeping. But these walk into a shop, and their whole lives pass suddenly in that moment, in that shop. Where did you go? "Nowhere." What did you have to eat? "Nothing much." Even if you don't know what you want, buy _something,_ to be part of the exchanging flow. Start a hugh, foolish project, like Noah. It makes absolutely no difference what people think of you. Religion, knowledge, integrity, good works nor anything else that we can do can save us is what I believe. Since I believe the complete I believe the only way to heaven is Jesus. In John 14:6 Jesus, not I, tells us that the only way to the Father(His Father) is through Himself. "I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man cometh unto the Father but by Me". That is why I believe He is the only way, not to be confused with being a religious person who is without Jesus. There are many "christians" I know of who are going to HELL because they trust in christianity not Jesus. person |

Typo in 2nd line, the word can should be cannot.

John 14:6-The term 'way' is from the Greek 'hodos', meaning road. However, the figurative is normally 'a mode' or 'a means'. _____________________________________________ The term 'truth'is from the Greek 'aletheia' which comes from 'aletheuo', meaning 'to be true in doctrine...etc' _____________________________________________ The term'light' is from the Greek 'phos', meaning 'to shine' or 'to make manifest'. _____________________________________________ Doing a rough combining of meanings one gets: a mode/means to be true in doctrine and to make manifest. _____________________________________________ So, why all the emphasis on John 14:6? It is not a magical incantation that will automatically lift one into the heavens. Why all the silly distortions of the actual meaning of the sentence? -THE DESTROYER-
