Does this definition of "free" mean Pentecostal?

I am Presbyterian by birth, my father was a minster until retirement 11 years ago, the Free Kirk (yes it is an Official name) used to be Hard Core Scottish Presbyterianism. Free Church of Scotland | Home (if the link isn't allowed please delete it)

I really don't know how "free" a Pentecostal church is if that is what you are talking about.
