Nonson,
I consider it such a shame that an intellegent man like as yourself should use his retirement years in purposely confusing people and throwing out baffling comments that have an appearance of 'christianity', but are meant to be simply diversive. I know you gain great pleasure out of this, but I also believe you will have to answer for it.
Let me remind you of the words of Jesus Christ -"Let the little children (of whatever age!!) come to me - for of such is the kingdom of heaven. I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of heaven like a little child will never enter it". (Luke.18vs16-17)
You are not promoting truth from either God, or man - and yet truth is what God gives us in Jesus and He requires no less from us.
'Christianity' was not 'created' at all and it was not 'set up' by God or anyone else. Christianity is the result of people wanting to live a 'christ-like life' - to hear / believe / follow the teachings of the revealed Son of God. The Bible tells us how in the ancient city of Antioch, non-believers wanted a 'nick-name' for the new believers in Jesus Christ - and came up with 'CHRIST'S-ONES' - "Christians".
The life of a 'christian' SHOULD mirror the life of Christ. Sadly, this is often not the case, but the facts remain - christians are simply "people following Christ".
So says God's Word. It's good enough for me.
Andrew.
