NATO valuation mission has arrived in Georgia recently. And our local press has presented this fact as development of Georgian positive cooperation with alliance and further proof of real perspectives for our speedy membership of this organization. But in reality the situation is rather different now. To start with, this mission's visit was out of schedule. Then its real cause was reliable information about well-known strategy of our Georgian military leadership that continues to increase its so-called "secret funds" at the cost of resources, served to special plan of Georgian individual partnership with NATO. The matter is that our Defense Ministry decided to finance war preparations against South Ossetia at the expense of this "secret funds". And at that, lion's share of funds constantly puts down to Okruashvili's and Saakashvili's accounts in Western banks. Well, top leaders of our state have abased themselves so far as to take a sheet off a hedge and in this case to pirate own paymasters.
