I wanted to expand on one of these themes with a brief excurse into Marxism-Leninism.
The ideology of Bolshevism (as opposed to Marxism or communism, per se) was that the working class does not require national identity. Nationalism was viewed as a product of capitalist societies, which used nationalism as a method by which workers could be divided and exploited (German workers by the German bourgeoisie, English workers by the English bourgeoisie, etc.). The Bolsheviks stated they were building a new society where the working class was the ruling class, and this ideology did not require the notion of national identity. Ergo, the notion that the Bolsheviks were the raison d'être of Ukraine's existence is seriously flawed. |

ok, i guess my image idea wont work, but here is another way to spread Ukrainian community, and have more people know what Ukraine is. Its brilliant. Set Ukraine.com as the home page of public computers.
