Hello,

My condolences are here and am sorry for the loss of life of the innocent.
Seems if if John Struthers is correct about the shoddy equipment and all then there should be more focus indeed on better working conditions for the people. In a civilized society there are checks and balances for such working conditions such as OSHA and the like.
This in itself is a death penalty for workers who have done no wrong but only wish to make a living for there families. Hopefully we can see that in as far as we acclaim to be civilized in every part of the world our short-comings are ever present.
