I have been reading your bulletin boards for the past few weeks and enjoy the lively exchanges that take place, especially in the political topics. Your members appear to be willing to express themselves without too much reservation so It occurred to me to ask you for your opinions on how two Universities, one in the U.S.A. and the other in Ukraine could best cooperate in exchanges between the Political Science College in the U.S. and the equivalent college in Ukraine.
Groups in both coutries are trying to develop a program that would allow students to exchange information, gain better understanding (and respect) for the other country, its people and its institutions.
One suggestion that we are considering is to have both Universities study the constitutions of both countries to identify the similarities and the differences, then exchange thoughts and information as to how these differences affect each country politically, economically and socially.
I would appreciate any ideas you would care to suggest.
Keep up the good work on the bulletin board.
