ukraine,especially in the east, must lead the world in disabled folks, according to Yanko ,there are at least 4 million of them who could not vote due to disability{is vodka poisoning a recongnize disability].we here in the west are willing to send doctors and lawyers to help the world,s largest disable folks with handicap access,wheelchairs,crutches,etc. OCHI...BOYALT....RYKY ROBAT
