The best option would be a transformation of the Ukraine into a parliamentary democracy with decentralized federal structure.

Without strong presidency and central government West Ukrainians will be free to persue the greater integration with the EU and safeguard their language and culture while the East and South will be free to developed strong relations with Russia/Belarus, Russian language rights etc.

This will be the most democratic outcome.

As a democratic nation, Ukrainians will be free to talk,
and learn, and advertise as they like.

In freedom, any language is OK.

It's self evident, this form of government is MOST useful for international trade.

For a prosperous future, Ukraine's Supreme Court made a Wise decision.

Gentlemen (and ladies !) , what we are seeing right this minute is nothing less than history in the makeing ! As for a prediction , I can only summise from what I see and hear : 1. The elections were obviously rigged and most of the country knew this . 2. The good people there see that they have a real chance for a choice . And they have chosen a man who although not entirely an outsider , has promised some much needed reform in the Government . 3. The national police and a good portion of the army have switched sides and are now standing with the pewople in the street ! That in itself is amazing ! My support and heart felt good wishes go out to your country , and this has nothing to do with American interests at all . A prosperous and forward thinking Country can only be better for all who live in it , but influence all around it ! May God bless Ukraine !
