Well, well…At last it’s obvious even for zealous supporters of Yuschenko that such flabby politician, unprincipled in choosing of his allies, and an impure man in financial operations wouldn’t be able to figure as the main candidate to the post of Ukrainian President. His image has not formed at once. It was developing during his work as the chairman of National Bank of Ukraine, then Ukrainian premier and in the end as the leader of the oppositional bloc “Nasha Ukraina”. His close contacts with ultra nationalistic organizations in Ukraine couldn’t positively correct his image either. In the light of it Tymoshenko’s decision not to set up the joint pre-election bloc with Mr. Yuschenko looks quite natural. Her victory is rather problematic but in any case she will never cast a slur on her reputation of joint standing with Yuschenko for presidential election. Frankly speaking, Yuschenko standing for the next President of Ukraine dooms to failure by all means.
