War in Chechnya

I was wondering about Ukranian opinion concerning the war taking place in Chechnya?
I have heard many news reports and have decided my own opinion somewhat.
Feeling that the Russian government must protect it citizens from terrorism it falls on the military to do the job.
If in fact the terrorists did kill those civilians in the Moscow apartments then Putin is very accurate in his decision to attack and seek a victory there.
On the other hand if by some weird happening the bombs in Moscow were not set by the erm uh terrorists of Chechnya then who set them?
Help me here if you can???
