Socialism never existed in the SovietUnion.
It was pure totalitarian statecapitalism. For real socialism to exist all states need to be abolished and the power come from the bottom and up. Stalinism is just another ugly form of capitalism. Anarchism is true socialism and freedom. long live the memory of Nesthor Makhno!! |

Socialism is in no way like anarchy. Socialism is a state with no 1st 2nd or 3rd class, but none of them. Everbody is equal. Nobody should be treated worse than anyone else. In a socialist society, people should gain as much money as anyone else (depending on what they are working with).

Such state is a utopia. In reality you find very strong in-equality in socialist states. The party cadre in the SU had all kinds of privileges - better housing, special shops, holiday resorts, and easier access to cars. A lot of top party members were in fact quite wealthy (by western standards). The equality only existed in name in the SU. This holds also for other so-called socialist states.
