Getting Rid of Kuchma in 2004?

I was wondering, considering the horrendous leadership that Kuchma seems to offer Ukraine, isn't it a given that they'll vote him out in 2004? And if not, why not? Who would vote for him?
Also, are there term limits, so that eventually someone else will have to replace him?

Lastly, do there appear to be any quality candidates for next year's election?
