Ukraine needs an inviolable Constitution.

Something that enshrines its democracy
with individual rights and private property.

A way for Ukrainians to believe in themselves
and work with vigour to a goal.
Not possessed of want, but of achievement and generosity.

Hope for the country.

Without established Rule of Law, Ukraine's infant market economy will continue to be compared with
Zimbabwe by the international press.

About Ukraine's national stability, I believe Zbyszek and Vanya
have made some good points.

Historically and in Ukraine's future, TIME and FUSION of society is needed:
the integration of poverty, new economy citizens, and self determination within the democratic
institutions of Ukraine will enhance the role of Rule of Law.

This will also strengthen Ukraine's market economy.

Hey Pravda Ukraine would perhaps be better off if they were not exploited by Polish buisness men selling shoddy goods on the Ukrainian markets. I can tell you now you have a rude awakening if you want to compete in Europe with some of the crap I have seen in the Lviv area emanating from Poland . So don,t be so quick to say what Ukraine should do as you will need a back door to off load some of your rubbish as you will never sell it over here in Britain .

Rule of Law

needs

Rule of Men.

Men will determine the Law.

I suppose, then Law, depends on the man.

For nations, this is most important.

Those who appreciate free will,
acknowledge effort and reward success, will do well.

Men will be happy.

BUT those who do this AND acknowledge the Lord's wisdom will do EVEN BETTER ...!!!

It's the Lord's promise.
