This statement represents a fundimental lack of understanding of the democratic system. You the average Ukrainian are the people in charge of changing the country!

Gone are the days when the "Government" was in charge of you; you are now in charge of the the government. If you don't feel like you are in charge; Protest, Vote, start a petition, start a war for independance and freedom. Corupt
leaders can only harm you if you let them lead.
