Land ownership in the Ukraine

I'm thinking to buy a house someday in the Ukraine.
So if you have knowledge regarding this subject, please let me know if private land ownership exists in the Ukraine...?
If so, what are the particulars?

(the state's relationship between land and people).

Even though foreigners can own real estate in Ukraine, they cannot own the land whereon the real estate is situated!!!

The Ukrainian Parliament has yet to provide a clear definition of private property, and laws on the transference of property are murky. So while property has changed hands, the caveat "let the buyer beware" applies in Ukraine

Hannia, thank you. If I were to marry a Ukrainian woman and
we bought a house would we also own the land, through marriage, under the house?
