Yugoslav prime minister visits Ukraine for talks on economic cooperation
The Associated Press KYIV, Sept. 30 - Yugoslav federal Prime Minister Dragisa Pesic arrived in Ukraine's capital Kyiv on Sunday for a four-day official visit to meet with top government officials and businessmen. Pesic is scheduled to meet with President Leonid Kuchma Monday, as well as with Prime Minister Anatoliy Kinakh, parliament speaker Ivan Pliushch, and Foreign Minister Anatoliy Zlenko. Pesic is expected to discuss trade cooperation, mutual investments, and bilateral cooperation in the Black Sea region, as well as in shipping at the Danube River, according to the Interfax news agency.
