Where do you go with this? Are you challenging Ukraine's legacy to exist. Too late. Your types have made themselves out of order, by history itself. Ukraine is a figment of one's imagination only if his thinking is warped by Russian Imperialist Propaganda. If you tnought I was challenging my ancestral mother country's right to exist, you are seriously mistaken Mr. NORRYM. My point was to display what I believe to be a poor gutter approach to challenging Russophiles, which I believe makes Ukes look like irresponsible extremists.

If you respond again, it would be nice to get your input without the putdowns. BTW, for a point of reference of your remarks, what kind of name is NORRYM? Are you Ukrainian, Ukrainian-Canadian, etc.?

Russophiles and Free Ukraine -- are incompatible. One has to be a babe in the woods, to think otherwise. Apparently you are one -- so I shall excercize patience, explaining this.

I will start from the other end. The end THEY throw in your face -- and that is the Ukrainian Nationalism. Ukraine's stature, as a Sovereign Independent Nation, has risen to the extent beyond the cheap aspersions of the Russian Imperialists, suggesting that separate Ukraine is an INVENTION OF UKRAINIAN NATIONALISTS.

I suggest, you unbury numerous threads of mine on this forum, on the historical validity of Ukraine and its language, no matter what bag of old tricks the other side uses to confuse and distort the issue.

I also would like to suggest two independent book sources which implicitly debunk the Russian Side.

Book one: EUROPE by NORMAN DAVIES
Book two: THE BIG CHESSBOARD BY ZBIGNIEW BRZEZINSKI.

As an afterthought -- you may also avail yourself to my recent threads {now buried} on Churches in Ukraine, both Catholic and Orthodox.

That situation in New Jersey is indeed tragic. The property rights of the parish faithful are being trampled on, as is their wish to be part of a Ukrainian Church.

Unfortunately this is not the first time that such things have happened. In the past, Ukrainian Orthodoxy has managed to survive as an independent, theologically sound, and effective church before. I'm sure that it will do so again.

Its a difficult situation with a high emotional content.

That the Ukrainian Side is poorly equipped to defend its cause -- happens to be the main theme of my earlier threads on this forum. In my personal experience on AOL International, I ran into the very situation with a noted Ukrainian participant there from New Jersey, Dmytro {?} Motruk. At the time, I only sensed, he was a Ukrainian, trained and coached by our rabid advocacy SCHOOL OF THOUGHT -- which, on the wider arena is doomed to failure. That school works only within the Ukrainian Ghetto.

As it turned out, Motruk was so blinded by his myopic, one-sided approach, he did not realize, I was trying to help him to change his strategy -- so that he could become effective in his defense of the Ukrainian Cause. Sadly, he passed away from a sudden heart attack, just at the time, it started dawning on him, how ill-prepared was he to handle the task.

One can imagine many more MOTRUKS, in New Jersey and elsewhere, who are bamboozzled by the local Russophiles.

How to turn this around? That is the bigger problem than the Russophiles themselves. The ghetto Ukrainians are set in their primitive ways, in conducting a private diplomacy track on behalf of Ukraine. This is a deeply rooted cultural flaw. Speaking of flaws -- a thread of mine, on that very subject, is likewise buried on these forums.
