Either EU has problems introducing sanctions for Russia now or Europe has unimaginable problems a bit later when Russia will continue expansion to rest of Ukraine and other countries.
This is exactly the same choice as in 1938.
Is gonna be result also the same?

I do not think there will be sanctions against Russia. Europe is to dependent on Russian energy to do that. Atleast as long there is no shooting. Crimea is also a strategic important area that Russia will never give away so some sort of agreement is likely about there bases.
McCain is a warmonger and cant be taken serioulsy, he was siding with jihadist in Syria on photo for some time back.

Better news is perhaps that I read Russian forces have pulled back from there encirclement of Ukrainien bases.

I consider that obviously Obama is president, not McCain.
I've posted it just to show that some people consider Poland being attacked by Russia as possible in not very far future.
Bad news is that Russian forces still increase, Ukrainian ships are blocked and Putin doesn't care about news like that (sorry, I didn't find in english):
Na Krymie schwytano rosyjskiego żołnierza. Dowód: książeczka wojskowa - Rewolta na Ukrainie - RMF24.pl - najnowsze wiadomości w raporcie: Rewolta na Ukrainie
Future wouldn't be good without sanctions for Russia.

They caused damage to much of Ukraine's defence equipment.

Most of analyst assumes that Crimea is only some stage for Putin (links below only in Polish)

Btw. I can't understand, what may cause people to vote for KGB officer. It wouldn't happen in any really democratic country.
